5 bakeries that make the perfect party cookies

If you follow us on Instagram or Facebook, or you regularly read our blog, you know that at every party we throw we serve our guests some sort of delicious sweet treat.

Oftentimes that treat is a cookie that perfectly matches our party theme. Our cookies always gets us rave reviews from our guests because they're super unique and incredibly tasty.

Today we're sharing with you five of our favorite cookie bakeries. We've searched far and wide to find cookie bakers that meet our high standards and offer cookies you won't find anywhere else.

The bakeries in this list create super creative, yet totally yummy cookies. And best of all, you can order cookies from each of these bakeries and have them shipped straight to you.

Alicia’s Delicias

Owner and baker Alicia is a true artist. She's brought her artistic talent and education into the world of baking, and we couldn't be happier about it!

You can see her artistic expertise in every cookie she creates. But she didn't make our list just because her cookies are works of art. They're extraordinarily delicious too!

She also creates MexiMagnets, which are designed based on iconic Mexican art and culture. They remind us of our childhood because they bring to life pan dulce, a Mexican pastry we enjoyed as children.

Alicia was the season four winner of The Food Network's Cake Wars, so her cookies are in high demand.

Insider tip: Follow Alicia on Instagram to find out when she releases a new batch of cookies. They'll sell out fast, so be sure to place your order as soon as you see it posted.

Corianne's Custom Cookies

Corianne’s Custom Cookies, located in Alberta, Canada, makes custom cookies to match your party theme. She also makes holiday and special occasion cookies that you can pre-order through her website.

We love her cookies because she's super creative and will help you to design the perfect cookie(s) no matter what you're celebrating.

These cactus cookies Corianne created are absolutely darling. We're from Arizona and we love that it reminds us of our home state.

All we can say is wow! Kathryn, the owner of Not Betty Cookies, really puts her heart and soul into decorating her cookies.

She adds such intricate detail in all of her designs. Check out her circus cookies (photo above). She's given a depth to the popcorn and snowcones, so much so that they nearly look real.

Kathryn sells her cookies through her Etsy shop. She's got a good selection of super cute cookie designs listed there. Need something custom? Not to worry, she takes custom orders too.

Insider tip: Check her Esty shop announcements before you place your order to see when your cookies will be shipped.

Hayley Cakes & Cookies

Hayley Cakes & Cookies is a one-of-a-kind bakery located in Austin, Texas. (But don't worry, they ship their cookies nationwide.) They're a family run business and the love they put into their craft truly shows.

Why do we love them? Hayley, the owner, comes up with the most incredibly funny and clever cookie designs. Check out these hilarious Valentine's Day cookies she created (photo above). I mean, how does she think this stuff up?!?

They sell pre-designed cookies through their Etsy shop, or you can request a custom order through their website. She can also make gluten free cookies, which is a major bonus to us.

Insider tip: If you're in Austin you can order custom cupcakes, cakes and cookie cakes too!

LHE Bakes

Etsy Shop | Instagram

LHE Bakes makes custom cookies, macarons, and fancy treats. Their cookies come in three flavors—lemon-vanilla bean, decadent double chocolate, and gingerbread—which excites us because sometimes we want more than just a sugar cookie.

We especially love their paint-your-own cookie sets. Each set comes with directions on the back and a small paint brush. Added bonus: After you create your own cookie, you get to eat it. Woo hoo!

Insider tip: They make grain-free doggie treats too.
