Halloween is all about giving out treats—at school, at parties, Halloween night, and even sometimes at work. Use these 6 simple steps to make your own Halloween-themed s’mores goodie bags. They'll make you look like a creative pro, and you don't have to tell anyone how simple they were to put together!
Everyone loves s’mores. Add in a bit of Halloween spooky fun and you’ve got a treat both kids and grown-ups will be excited to eat.
Food items you'll need
- Graham crackers
- Hershey’s milk chocolate snack size candy bars
- Peeps marshmallow ghosts
Supplies you'll need
- Perfectly Printed Parties Goodie Bag Toppers printed on cardstock (they come as part of our Halloween Printable Collection #2 Digital Download)
- Clear party bags measuring 4 inches x 2 inches
- Hot glue gun
Cut out the paper goodie bag topper and fold it in half. Instructions on where to cut and fold the goodie bag topper are included with your Perfectly Printed Parties printable download.
Fill the clear party bag with one Hershey’s milk chocolate bar, half of a graham cracker, and one Peeps marshmallow ghost. (If you're like us, you'll want to sample the goodies to make sure they taste okay for those who'll be receiving your treats...or at least that's the reason we tell ourselves!)
Staple the bag closed.
Open the paper goodie bag topper and hot glue the unprinted side. Be sure to keep the two unprinted sides from touching each other.
Place the clear bag inside of goodie bag topper and press down firmly to attach the goodie bag topper to the bag.
Wow your friends with this adorable Halloween treat.
These goodie bags are super versatile. Send them to school with your kids for a Halloween treat exchange. Give them to your co-workers and watch as their faces light up with excitement. You can even give them out Halloween night to trick-or-treaters.
Both children and adults will love this tasty treat, and you'll look like a creative genius when you give them out.
