Easy-to-make Halloween ghost decorations that hang

Let the kids help decorate for Halloween this year with this budget-friendly, do-it-yourself craft project. It's super simple—even your preschooler can help make these hanging ghosts!
Tools you'll need
- A glue stick or glue
Craft materials you'll need
Cut 4 strips from the streamer roll. Each strip should be 24 inches long.
Draw two circles (for the eyes) and an oval (for the mouth) onto your construction paper.
Cut out the shapes you drew in step 2.
Using the hanging string as the top of the tissue paper honeycomb ball, glue each of the two black circles midway down the honeycomb ball, spaced out to resemble eyes, as shown in the photo below.
Glue the black oval under the eyes to form the mouth, as shown in the photo below.
Glue the top of each streamer strip...
...and attach each strip to the bottom part of the tissue paper honeycomb ball.
